No 35 Narrowgate

This building was originally an 18th century inn which we have converted into 6 contemporary holiday spaces, 2 of which are lodges in the walled garden. They have each been individually designed and offer unique accommodation in a convenient location.

As you can see, we are just over the road from Alnwick Castle where in 2001 Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone was filmed. Followed by Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets in 2002. More recently the castle was used in Downton Abbey (Brancaster Castle) as well as the latest Transformers movie.

GUEST REVIEWS

S Smith 14/9/22 - Rooftops Grey

"what has impressed us most is your apartment. It is certainly the best appointed self catering property that we have ever stayed in. It had all we needed and more, all looking as if no one had ever been there before us!"

Michelle 23/8/22

"Beautifully decorated, stylish, spacious, well-equipped, central, impeccably clean and full of light."

Janette - Forest Green Lodge 6/08/22

"Everything was perfect from location right beside Alnwick Castle, shops and short walk to the gardens. It was so private as set to rear of main property and so peaceful, a beautiful sun trap too. The accommodation had everything you could need for a carefree stay and the furnishings were excellent quality and amazing design. My partner is blind and the layout of the lodges was perfect for him to negotiate independently and safely. Although there are a few steps to negotiate to get to the lodges there were handrails provided in the garden area to assist him."
